Kim is a Registered Organisational Psychologist, Facilitator, Executive Coach, L&D / OD Specialist and Instructional Designer with almost twenty years’ experience across a broad range of industries, such as FMCG, retail, professional services, telco’s, government, healthcare, logistics, energy, banking, finance, insurance and resources.

 

Over her career, Kim has designed, developed and facilitated over 100 soft skills and technical workshops.

  • Certificate IV in Life Coaching: LCIA- Career and Workplace Coaching, 2013

  • Non-directive pregnancy support counselling: APS, 2015

  • Fully registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner’s Registration Agency (AHPRA) and Australian Psychological Society (APS)

  • Board approved supervisor for psych interns (Organisational Psychology & Coaching)
