Gary Williams is a well-regarded learning and development specialist and change manager with more than 25 years of experience in Federal government, the military, and the private sector. He has developed strategic workforce plans, and strategic and operational learning and development programs with a focus on improving organisational outcomes. He has worked across numerous programs and projects covering Work Health & Safety, management information systems,
training development, operations planning, change management planning and business process improvement. His clients have included large Federal government departments including Defence, Health, Environment and Immigration, national and multi-national corporations from the mining sector, and a number of smaller organisations.
Gary is noted for his ability to quickly and accurately analyse strategic level business processes, quickly develop productive working relationships and develop innovative solutions. He has excellent leadership, team coordination and communication skills and has a demonstrated ability to manage resources in very demanding, high-pressure environments.
