Kate Clement

Executive Coach/Facilitator

Kate has more than 20 years of facilitation experience. She has led stakeholder engagement and facilitated diverse groups—from corporate teams at Coca-Cola and major banks, leaders and teams across the Australian Public Service, vulnerable teenagers in Johannesburg, and Canberrans navigating significant changes to transport and planning systems.

 

She is skilled at supporting teams and groups to shift from conflict and disconnect to creativity and engagement.

Her 16 years working in post-apartheid South Africa provided her with rich experience across both public and private sectors, and a deep appreciation for engaging with diverse perspectives.


As an executive coach, Kate supports leaders within the Australian Public Service. She creates a safe, reflective space for clients to reset and pivot after periods of stress, helping them lead with authenticity and alignment to their values. She has coached a significant number of APS executives to develop their effectiveness to achieve results that matter most to them.
Kate is driven by curiosity, creativity and a belief in human potential.
